Lewisville Mover Duke Watrous Releases "Moving Day" Children's Book and Coloring Book Edition on Amazon

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LEWISVILLE, Texas - Duke Watrous, owner of MoveCo in Lewisville, has released two new books for young children: Moving Day and Moving Day: Coloring Book Edition. Both books are available now on Amazon.

Helping Kids Get Ready for a Big Change

For grown-ups, moving means planning, packing and paperwork. For little kids, it can mean something harder to explain: their room, their toys and everything they know suddenly go into boxes. Moving Day is a picture book written to help young children understand what happens when a family moves, so the big day feels less scary and more like an adventure.

Moving Day: Coloring Book Edition turns that same idea into something hands-on. Kids can color their way through the move, which gives them something fun to do while the grown-ups pack.

Written by a Mover With Nearly 30 Years in the Business

Watrous has worked in the moving business since 1997. He has been a driver, a packer, an estimator and a dispatcher, and today he owns MoveCo, a full-service moving company at 1439 Crescent Ave. in Lewisville, Texas. MoveCo was established in January 2001 and recently celebrated 25 moving seasons.

Years of moving families have given Watrous a close look at how a move feels for kids. These books are his way of helping parents make that change a little easier.

Watrous is also the author of Moving?: How to Hire a Moving Company and/or Move Yourself, a practical guide for adults planning a move. It covers how to choose a mover and how to handle a move on your own.
