Damage protection and claims

MoveCo (MOVECONET LLC) has been moving North Texas families since January 2001. Our own full-time crew handles every move. We are not a broker.

Our insurance

We carry TransGuard cargo coverage ($50,000 per Captain) and $2 million in general and auto liability.

Standard valuation of 60 cents per pound per item is included at no extra cost.

Example: a 50-pound TV would be covered for $30 under the standard valuation (50 × $0.60).

On itemized moves we also offer an in-house repair-or-replace guarantee, handled case by case.

You can list items with dollar amounts. The office will quote the cost of stated-value coverage before your move.

Tell the crew on move day if you can. If you find it later, contact us as soon as you can.
Take photos of the item and any box it was in.
Call the office at (972) 250-1100 and email the claim form, your statement, photos, and the driver statement.
You have 90 days to file.
Most claims are settled in about two weeks.
If you need more help, mediation is available through the BBB or the State of Texas.

Move jewelry, cash, medicine and important papers yourself. We do not move those items.
Point out anything fragile or valuable before we start.
Walk through each room with the crew lead before they leave.
We do four walk-throughs on every move, including a final empty-truck check.

We can email a COI PDF at no charge. Naming an additional insured is a $100 fee. We carry $2 million in general liability.
