Stairs and long walks
On an itemized (binding) quote, stairs and long walks are priced into the quote. On an hourly move, they add time.
Three ways to get a price
- Hourly quote. Tell us the addresses and about how long the move will take. You pay for the time used.
- Binding itemized (preferred). Send your item list, both addresses, and any stairs or long walks. You get a binding exact price.
- Free in-home estimate. Best for big houses and long-distance moves. We come to your home at no charge.
Packing and boxes
- We-pack: small $10, medium $12, large $14, dish pack $30, wardrobe $30, picture box $25.
- Boxes on the website: $1.99 / $2.99 / $3.99; 20% off with a quote; free Metroplex delivery over $175.
- Packing-only available. Unpacking is separate and hourly.
- Full-service packing is recommended; the packing crew usually comes 1–2 days before the move.
Storage
Climate-controlled storage. A 10×20 is about $290 per month; the estimator quotes the right size.
Deposit and payment
- Deposit: $100 local, $500 long distance. Refundable if canceled at least a week ahead. Reschedule free. Lost on a no-show.
- Pay at drop-off, before unloading.
